The fastest way to reach BB directly is through email, but an Instagram DM will work for non-jewelry emergencies!

We predominantly use recycled sterling silver metal. We also work with gold, white gold & rose gold upon request. We use natural gemstones & do our best to source most of our stones from the USA. Sometimes we thrift old jewelry for beads & use gemstone alternatives like glass or resin cabs that are handmade by other artists.

A good portion of our sterling silver is sourced from RioGrande.com. However, we’ve recently invested in the tools that allow us to recycle our scrap silver. We are now able to melt, pour, roll out & re-use our scrap metal right in our studio. It’s resourceful & reduces waste!

Some stones we source online. There are mines new & old all over the world & we do our best to stay on the forefront of discovering high quality gems at affordable prices. We also visit local & national gem shows, so we can create & establish relationships with trustworthy stones vendors & lapidarists. We do offer custom jewelry orders, but because we are a small business with only one jeweler, we periodically need to take breaks to keep up with demand. Please check our custom requests page to see if WE ARE or ARE NOT accepting custom orders. If you still have questions, please contact us via email.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this small business, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Item must be returned within ONE WEEK of purchase. Item must be UNWORN & in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item arrives damaged from shipment, please reach out ASAP so we can make it right.

Yes, sterling silver does tarnish but it’s nothing that a polishing cloth won’t fix! We send a FREE polishing cloth with every order over $99 dollars.

Most of our jewelry is custom or made-to-order & because of that, there may be minor differences with your item in comparison to the photos shown online. This is because each piece is individually handcrafted, therefore each is unique! This is completely natural, not a fault of design.
